We love staying in downtown Portland. The Hilton is perfectly located to Max, music, bars, and shopping. Arrive after 6 pm and you can park on the street for free overnight. On Sunday, free parking ends at noon. Call the hotel direct for the best rate. Anything around $100 is great for downtown. More

The facility is nice. Concierge, front desk staff and valets seem to have lost their way. It should not take a half-hour to retrieve luggage and a parked car left with the valet. Concierge desk was left unattended, while the front desk was understaffed. $28 to park a car overnight ought to buy more attentive service. More

We stayed here on our drive back from Canada to California. Wonderful location near Pioneer Square; this area is chock full of restaurants, brewpubs, and sights. Nice breakfast too. The only fault would be that the rooms could be a little bigger but they have been nicely remodeled. Would stay here again next time. More
