“Worst Customer Service Ever”

All I can say is that the manager on the desk was rude, surly, and when I expressed my displeasure was told that "I no longer had a reservation". She essentially kicked me out of the hotel because I wasn't happy with the service. Good luck.

We found the front desk staff rather passive on check in and check out - very little conversation and no thank you's in terms of our stay or our business. “Safe, convenient place to stay”

I stay here off and on for work in Salem. This hotel is in a safe area that you won't have to worry about your car in the parking lot. The staff are courteous but not overly friendly.
