Good location, affordable, and clean. I enjoyed my stay. This motel made it possible to afford to stay in seaside, and be close to the shops and resturants. Good custmer service. Within walking distance of the beach. Thanks Gus!

“Good Times at theRoyal”

My wife and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary in Room 118. Very Clean. The river view was the highlight of the room, along with the King Size Bed. Gus is always there for your every need with smile and their winter specials are unbeatable! Definitely Recommended!! P.S. Bird watchers Dream!
