spent 2 nights in a great little room with a nice view of the columbia river and the dalles dam. the celilo inn would be a good choice if you were going to visit maryhill winery...which we did for the first time...and catch one of their concerts in the outdoor venue on their property. fun weekend...

Celilo Inn is not particularly attractive, but it is a comfortable motel with spacious rooms and nice amenities: cozy bedding, small fridge, in-room coffee/tea service, slightly expanded continental breakfast. AMAZING! had such a great time. The room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the dam. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying. Wish we could have stayed even longer so as to enjoy the patio!

First thing we noticed upon arrival was the remote location. Based on the description on their website we thought the motel was in town, but in fact it is several miles away, so everything is in driving distance - meals, drinks and shopping.
