Beautiful property, awesome location! Close to Yachats for great restaurants and groceries. Beach with tide pools and a sea cave just 101 steps away. Rooms (much like a condo with several rooms and kitchen) are a bit older, but clean. Excellent hikes in the area and a famous lighthouse down the road. Bring your own food and enjoy the stay.... This place is older. Parking seems limited. I stayed in the main building for a retreat with a group of people I didn't know well. I was in the basement and the rooms only had curtains, not doors. Didn't love that. Bathrooms were tiny. Lots of stairs. Bring slippers because you can't wear shoes in here. Plus, heaters are noisy.... More

If you want good value in a perfect location this is the place. It's not bang up-to-date with hi-tech extras, but offers plenty of space, a friendly welcome, and a well equipped kitchen. The amazing beach is a walk away and the gardens are large and lovely. Nearest restaurants and shops 8 miles away in Yachats but worth the drive.

Great room, great view, great walks on the beach, great chairs on the lawn to watch sunset. would definitely stay here again.
