We have never stayed at a Candlewood Suites before but were very impressed! We arrived very late but the front desk staff were very welcoming! The room was very spacious...larger than a Holiday Inn. Stayed for 3 nights at Chambersburg to visit nearby Gettysberg. Excellent suite with sep bedroom, combined kitchen & lounge. Missed the free BBQ but the desk sent me a beer in a cup as a consolation. Well done front desk. Well priced and comparable to any other Motel accommodation in the USA.

Staid two nights to visit Gettysburg and Lancaster County. Friendly check-in (though forgot my reward status), received quiet room in this new Intercontinental property as well as permission to park my motorcycle under the awning for rain protection (and needed that). Traveling thru the area and again had a fantastic time at Candlewood Suites! Friendliest and most helpful staff.. Superior as always... Cleanest suites , AS ALWAYS! Missed the BBQ this trip but hopefully next time!!!! What a great way to make us fell special!!!

Excellent hotel and location. The only hiccup was the room was not ready-waited about 30 minutes-other guests had the same issue. Other than that one issue hotel was above average in every area. Will use the hotel again in the future.

Good waypoint for us and handy to get to. We stayed this side of Harrisburg as I81 was closed going through Harrisburg due to an accident and would be closed for days. Our suite had a large bathroom and a bedroom which was separated from the "living area" by a door. Between the kitchen and living area was a large counter/table. The hotel seemed fairly full from the numbers of cars, but it was extremely quiet. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. The staff was wonderful,cheerful and friendly even the housekeepers you see in the halls. We did have a problem with our door lock at first but they had it fixed quickly. The pool and hot tub were great as was the free laundry room and you can use the bbq grills... More

all three ladys where vary helpful and made the stay a great stay.will be back to stay again and will tell others it is a great place to stay.the location of the hotel is good to get to anything in a 50 mile radeous.good location from highway.very good restaurants with in walking distance and service stations.
