One night - on our drive north to Canada....booked a King suite....room was clean and spacious...front desk staff were very accomodating....the usual amenities - nice sitting area in our room. Took a family trip out to Hershey with 2 other families. We wanted a group of 3 rooms together and called a month in advance, when we got there only 2 rooms together and 1 down the hall - was disappointing. Also, left no coffee in room after room service.
