Thank you for letting us know about your stay. We take any concerns about bed bugs seriously. Our pest control company was unable to find anything. I have contacted guest about getting more information as we have had no other questions about bedbugs, but have not heard back. More

This hotel is ready to be put down. It's just old and tired. There are only so many times you can repaint before it can't be fresh anymore. I am sorry about your experience at our hotel. Your experience does not meet the standards we have set for our guests and for ourselves. We have passed your concerns to the affected staff members involved. We are reviewing our procedures to make sure a guest is not checked into a room that is not prepared properly. More

We take all reports about insects seriously. We have an extensive pest control program. We immediately have our rooms checked by professionals whenever there is a concern. Over the past several years, we have very, very few incidents involving bed begs. More
