great pace to stay if visiting Manchester 19 minutes outside city centre, safe parking, excellent rooms,great breakfast and good pint. the staff and licencees Tom and Kate ver friendly, as is the one and only Lynne who always greets you with a smile at breakfast. highly recommend staying here.
Celebrated a birthday with friends. Great location for Manchester, Tony And Kay were lovely hosts. The bedrooms were beautiful. Kay made a fantastic cooked breakfast. Everyone enjoyed the weekend
