The villa is more like an old Butlins type chalet and was rather damp smelling - very simple but was equipped with everything we needed and clean. We have stayed in Lodge three for several years in a row and have had wonderful holidays. It is close to Trebearwith and Polzeath beaches, near Wadebridge for the cinema and lots of great pubs around. The restaurant at the hotel is great too. Very safe for children, ours have made new friends there every year.
