Stumbled on this place the week before half term May 2011 while staying in a chalet on THE CLIfFS. Went back that evening to the Vaults for a meal and went back there twice again during the course of the week. Stayed at THE RADAR STATION the same week 2012 with the rest of my family. Each day started with a... More

Me and my family stayed at the holiday park very recently and found it was a wonderful location. Luckily for us the weather was brilliant and we couldn't have asked for better service particularly from the staff in 'The Vaults' bar and restuarant. The lodge we were staying in had a beautiful view of Plymouth and the moors. Thank you... More

Stayed here in our motorhome for the New Year. Staff were more than helpful and friendly. Bar/Club had a great atmosphere. Restaurant meal was fab. Pitch was great. Toilet/Shower facilities were clean. What more do you need? I seriously do not understand the negative comments on here. We have been tenting/touring for some thirty years and have visited star rated... More

Very nervous about stay as our friends had booked a lodge for a weekend break - Thursday - Sunday. After reading the reviews, we were worried. Well to say I was amazed was a little of an understatement. On our arrival there were trollies to carry our stuff to our lodge. The lodge was great! It was clean and very... More

We recently stayed here for the weekend 5 Oct and after reading the reviews before hand had reservations about going, so glad we ignored them. Lodge 24 was absolutely fantastic, it was very clean and of a very high standard, it had everything in it you could want especially if you have kids, from a hairdryer, washing machine, buckets and... Thank you for your kind comments. We really appreciate your remarks regarding the staff in particular, and we shall pass them on . We are rather laid back here in cornwall , as you have probably heard the term, ' doing it dreckly' , which is a Cornish term for being a bit slow! The lodges at the park are... More

Just returned from a long weekend at Whitsand Bay. Stayed in Lodge 67 which was a nicely decorated lodge. It was well equipped if you wanted to self cater and had a bath which is always nice when you have kiddies. The view was beautiful. We were staying at the park for a family do which was being held at... More

We stayed in a privately owned lodge here recently. The lodge was great. The weather was great. The park was beyond bad. I'm assuming the staff at reception, were borderline rude and over the line unhelpful because we were staying at a private lodge (and so not paying them) and not like that to all customers. The shop genuinely has... More

We have a friendly, interactive staff at the park who are trained to a very high level. They would not necessarily know if the bookings are private or not and we promise it would never make a difference to how you were treated because we strive for all our customers to leave with fond memories of not only the park,... We’re sorry you didn't enjoy your stay here. This was a private let on our park. Unfortunately, we aren't responsible for the state of chalets rented this way - though we do encourage all owners to maintain high standards because the reputation of our park is at stake. The swimming pool chemical system is on a modern computerized feed, which... More
