“Ridiculously overpriced.”

Was asked to settle balance upon arrival which I didn't do. I questioned the nightly rate the next morning & did get a discounted (winter rate) but $205 for a small studio with no daily service, furnished cheaply with nothing matching is frankly a disgrace. There was an 'off' smell emanating from the shower drain. I will not stay here... More

“Cozy place even if is raining”

We really enjoyed our studio apartment at Julians. The place was clean and spacious. We especially like the large enclosed patio. We ate ever meal out on the patio. “Modern rooms are very small, facilities are very limited.”

Rooms are very small. Although Modern & clean very limited kitchen facilities. Only two hot plates tried cooking breaky one day and it was just a pain. Not good for families. Suitable for couples. “Chilling at Julians”

Spent four days here in Unit 8 over Cup Day weekend. Best unit in the block in my opinion. It's upstairs, the second unit from the front, and is therefore protected from any traffic and street noise. Loved our stay at julians apartments! We stayed in the courtyard apartment and was very impressed!!... Usually takes a fair bit to impress me as I seem to find flaws everywhere we go, and end up always disappointed, but at Julians I couldn't find many flaws at all and I loved the courtyard! We stayed for a weekend at Julians for a family wedding. We stayed in apartment 6 and everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment was well appointed and maintained.The staff were very helpful. We'll certainly be back.

We stayed for a couple of nights and we enjoyed the accommodation. Close to the beach, modern and quiet apartments (not in the town centre).

Superb location on road to lighthouse and so close to Clarkes beach and the Pass. The units are well appointed and have everything in them including cd players dvd players and flat screen tv's.
