The tranquil surrounds of the rainforest, pool and outdoor spa, massage rooms, and only having 5 guest rooms makes for a very personal and relaxing experience. The breakfast is an absolute standout and I am yet to have a better in Byron Bay.

My partner and I stayed one night in a king suite which was very clean and very comfortable. The service was great, the breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious and the massage was sensational! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. The setting is great and it's a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

We arrived just as new owners were settling in and you could see they have some great plans for this Resort to upgrade the rooms and undertake improvements in service and quality. Azabu Guesthouse is set in the most relaxing rainforest in Byron Bay, just far enough out of the town to be very accessible but quiet and restful.The rooms are tight but absolutely everything you need is within reach. The bathroom is lovely with high quality fittings. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Nice room. Quiet location. Staff very helpful and keen to make guests needs meet. Breakfast was fantastic both days :) Only a couple of downfalls, floors needed a good clean, had dirt on my feet as soon as i took my shoes off and the road to get there is a bit rough full of potholes.

Stayed at a great and relaxing small resort in Byron Bay. Delicious breakfasts, accommodating hosts and serene setting. Perfect for coming back after the Bluesfest! Named after place in Tokyo in which we lived, it is stylish and includes a breakfast that is superb. Strong recommendation to stay here when choosing a place in Byron Bay.
