“Comfy beds, great breakfast, friendly staff”

We stopped here just for overnight during a road trip through PA. Came in late with two very tired kids under 5; the staff was wonderful and had us checked in quickly. “"Don't stay with us"”

“Water Odor”

We stayed at this location mid April '13. Nice clean rooms. Doors on the TV cabinet were missing other wise an average room. Sulphur smell in the water was disgusting, using a hot shower makes it even worse. Our room smelled really bad from this water problem. We will not return as long as they have this problem.

Sorry about the water. We currently Aerate the water which removes the smell and we are in the process of getting a UV filter which will oxidize the sulfur (completely harmless) and completely remove it which will help during peak water demand i.e. when everyone is showering. This place was so nice and pleasnat but the breakfast needs work! Even the staff was most pleasant! The location is great and the fact that the area is being built up is a great addition! The value for the room was most outstanding... I plan to stay there again!!!

“Rotten Egg Smell in Water not worth it.”

I agree will other who have said that the water smells like rotten eggs. Apparently this is cased by hydrogen sulfide in the well water.
