Nice setting. Great bed, very comfortable. The only downer was location from downtown, however, it was mitigated by the hotel's offer of a courtesy shuttle. It would also be nice to have WIFI in the hotel room. Most traveling business people use it.

Nice Hotel!!!! The Rooms Are Spacious And Very Nice. The Fitness Center Is Very Nice And Has Up To Date Exercise Equipment. The Fresh Baked Cookies That I Received Daily Was A Great Extra!!!! I Would Stay Here Again.

Front desk staff was incredibly impolite and not helpful at all. Will definitely try another place next time I'm in the area. Location is kind of out of the way. Room floors were dirty (both bathroom and bedroom) and did not appear to have been vacuumed. Otherwise the room was nice.

This is a large establishment and has a confusing set up. However it has recently been renovated and is comfortable and quiet! Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location for business travel! Double tree hotels almost never fail to meet the mark!

Stayed for three nights, rooms are clean and well furnished. AC unit was very effective, as it was unusually warm outside. Conference rooms and meals were also good. I enjoyed my brief stay and will return soon. I am from Dallas, Texas and I was surprised at the southern like hospitality I received. It made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to downtown Pittsburgh.

Overnight stay with a ballgame on the side. Front desk associates were especially cordial and eager to assist.
