We recently visited on 2/11 and had a very nice stay. Check in was easy and quick. The first room we were given wasn't ready for guests so after a return to the front desk we were given another room. The room was clean and updated nicely. The location is close to all the action. We had stopped at the... More

This is a very nice location, close to the Baseball park and the Football Stadium and Casino. The hotel was clean, parking was very close to the main Entrance, (Warning they do have a fee for parking) Staff was very friendly and the late night desk clerk was full of local info, very nice to have access to that kind... Really want to thank you for pointing out alot of our best features. Gotta love the location! Only wish it was the right time of year to enjoy a game at either sport fields. The excitement and atmosphere is certainly not to be missed on a game day here on the North Shore. So when the weathers a little nicer... More

Superior breakfast for SHS. Very nice. Nice king room. Clean. Extra touches. Staff was not friendliest. Failed to greet as you came into lobby or walked by front desk. Parking - two staff members could not tell me street parking meter policy for Saturday morning. Claimed they did not want to be responsible if they got it wrong. But good... More

Very happy to hear you enjoyed our upscale breakfast buffett and our well appointed clean rooms. We certainly want to be able to provide outstanding hospitality and sorry to see that friendly greetings where not extended. We certainly always only want to recommend parking in a prepaid lot due to constent parking meter regulation changes done by the city. We... More

We were in town to see friends. We were probably not the typical business or sports-related traveler they seem to have there. Nevertheless, the facility was very nice, the staff was nice. The included breakfast was good. The young man at the desk cheerfully had the shuttle driver take us to an indoor mall when we asked him what we... More

We very much enjoy catering to our business travlers because it gives us the chance to provide as much of the comfort of home as possible. Is nice to be such a short distance from downtown and all it has to offer. The Roberto Clemente bridge can provide a wonderful view of downtown and the river with the quick safe... More

Our room had a sofa as well as King bed but wasn't the least bit crowded. The fridge and microwave were useful and providing a dish towel was a nice touch. Being directly across the street from the ballpark was especially convenient for us. There is also a nearby riverside walking park, several public art installations, and those wonderfully scenic...
