I had very big expectations for this hotel, however, I was very disappointed with the service, quality, and competency of the staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The previous reviewer hit the nail on the head: The hotel is in an excellent location and is close to everything. All the major attractions are within walking distance, including PNC park, Heinz Stadium, Market Square, Station Square and the museums.
