“Ya Can't Beat the Price and the Value !!”

I stayed at the Steven's Motel Feb 22nd, 2013 and I have to say it's very very comfortable and worth it ! The room was very clean - the shower was outstanding and the bed was clean ! The motel was apparently booked for the night but it was very quiet...couldn't heard a peep all night !!

“Good value for a place to lay your head.”

This hotel is a clean, safe, budget option located right off N. Atherton in State College. Do not even think of looking here if you like luxury or enjoy the consistency/familiarity of a chain hotel. This is a "mom & pop", old style motel. The pluses are: inexpensive, friendly, clean, decent bedding, free coffee in the lobby, easy walking distance... More

This is a local, non-chain motor-inn style motel. Not sure why it is in the B and B category as it is not a bed and breakfast. The rooms are basic and reasonably clean. “Great value for the price”

I paid $54 for a nite at this locally owned motel. It was the 4th one I stopped at in State College, PA. Comfort Inn wast $149 before taxes (arent they supposed to be mid range bidget?), $95 for a Sleep Inn, and $90 for a Quality Inn.
