We attended the Berks Jazz Fest and stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was so nice and friendly. I loved the fresh baked cookies they had every afternoon and the constant availability of coffee/tea all the time. The breakfast they serve which is complimentary, was delicious and plentiful!

I was quote disappointed with this stay. The bedspread had a large brown stain in the center. The bathroom mirror was dirty too. I do not think I would choose this hotel for a future stay. I usually have a good experience at Hampton Inn properties, just not this time.

My new preferred hotel when visiting Reading. Comfortable quiet rooms with all the amenities and qualities that better Hampton Inns have. Nice place to stay. This survey stage is very hard to follow. The tech people who put this together need to start all over and make it a user freindly experience and not something that is filled with over the top technology .

We have stayed here 3 times and it has gotten better every year. The staff is very helpful and prompt in responding. they were aware of my allergies to down and it is the first hotel I stayed at the actually addressed this upfront before I arrived. Staff was exceptional, rooms clean and efficient, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, hot food was actually hot. great location for access to freeways and city streets, plenty of handicapped parking, large covered area at front door. I would definately stay there again. A little pricey but well worth it

Room was cramped with alot of furniture. Rooms are clean though and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. There was 4 of us (friends, not couples) in the room, and with double beds it was too small.
