The staff at the crowne Plaza is excellent. Especially Jacqeline at the front desk she does a great job and Ellen in Hospitality is wonderful. These two employees represent the hotel well. Recently I stayed at the Crown Plaza in Reading Pa and was over whelmed with their kindness and the carring of the hotel manager and his staff.
