We spent three nights here. Despite repeated requests our room was never cleaned. A hotel that takes full advantage of their monoply in Jamestown. Free breakfast did not even offer fruit or juice. The furnishings were dowdy and bed uncomfortable

Location is ideal for getting around to southern R.I. beaches and restaurants. Very gracious and helpful staff. Walk to quaint downtown Jamestown harbor. Not as congested as crowded Newport. Ferry to Newport or Rose Island. Units are small but service and location make up for it. Nice pool but not heated, no jacuzzi.

We stayed here a week with the four of us. Room is somewhat cramped for four but the price was great. Not really a working kitchen, more of a bar with extras. Great views with a balcony. Need to get the housekeepers in line, some cleaning issues. Overall ,nice place ,love Jamestown
