Nice hotel with great location. As a diamond member we we were upgraded to a larger room. Room had a great view of market and horse carriages. Curtains in room had a dusty smell. Bathroom was small. Hotel staff overall was helpful but we did experience a few staff members that did not provide Hilton quality service. Breakfast foods not... More

My husband I stayed at the Double Tree hotel in the historic district of the Charleston and within steps of the Market. We were greeted by everyone including the manager who was very friendly and asked where we were from and gave us a recommendation of a local seafood restaurant to eat at since we had not yet eaten dinner.... Firstly, as a Hilton Honors member, I felt as if my reservation for a King would be honored. We arrived to the room which was 2 stories, with a small living space down and bedroom up.... More

The carpets were stained and littered with debris, the rooms are outdated, the bathroom is extra small...not worth the money. I am a Diamond member and when I complained to the front desk... More

We stayed here for a birthday/anniversary vacation in October for 4 days. We were using HHonors points for our trip and my husband is a Diamond member. Didn't see any perks to being one. Our room, though was a top floor room, had a view of the A/C units on the roof below. The bathroom was tiny and unfortunately we... More
