We went to Charleston for a long weekend and our room was NEVER cleaned. We repeatedly asked for maid service and they just never came! After about 4 calls asking them for maid service, they finally just left sheets on our bed for us to make us ourselves! I have never had something so weird happen at a hotel before!... more
