We requested feathers be removed from our room, as I am highly allergic. Came in to find all but 1 of our pillows were feather pillows! Completely unacceptable. It is now 11:30 pm, and I've got a long night of dealing with hives ahead of me. I will never stay in this hotel again.

One of the nicest Embassy Suites I have ever enjoyed. The hotel is conveniently located, full of history, provides awesome bedding and linens, has wonderful staff available to assist at all times and the complimentary breakfast and happy hours are icing on the cake! I would recommend this hotel as the best value in downtown Charleston.

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our 5th anniversary in Charleston as that is where we spent our honeymoon. We chose the Embassy Suites in order to use Hilton Honors points. What a great choice it was. The staff was outstanding starting with Lee working the front door and extending to everyone else. I highly recommend this location.
