Centrally located on I26 just Northwest of I20, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also a large parking area for larger vehicles. Plenty other restaurants deliver to hotel as well. No vending machines except for soda machines on premises. Breakfast the next morning is kinda weak but the do offer something.

Terrible smell in lobby (and room). Booked room with kind bed - no king - Did not appear clean - beds were horrendous - no hair dryers - no internet - no "Microfridge" - False advertising at it's finest.This chain should be embarrassed to have this facility using its name.

The web sit e says there are hair dryers and irons in the rooms. Had neither.

Rooms were falling apart with cracks in ceiling and walls. Cigarette burns all over bathtub. Smelled horrible and staff wasnt professional at all. Neighborhood is many empty buildings with what appeared to be vagrants hangouts.

Staff incredibly rude, refusal to move to ground floor room, although hotel appeareed to be 75% empty. Continental Breakfast a joke. Telephone in room did not work.

The pictures online of this hotel would lead anyone to believe that it is a decent place to stay while visiting Columbia, SC. These photos are incredibly deceiving. It was cold. The room was not heated. Called the desk. They said they don't heat them until occupied. Turned on heater. Luke warm air. Called desk. They said all rooms have same kind of heater. i was with my family trip it was nice staff and location and beautiful outdoor swiming pool

Just needed a place to sleep while visiting family in the area, it was OK for that. Rooms need updating. The pictures online are not of the hotel. Breakfast was poor, we went to IHOP down the street.
