Fantastic property. Rooms are a bit dated but still nice. Location is fantastic. Appetizers and drinks are a great touch Monday-Saturday. Parking is sufficient. Would definitely stay here again. Too bad there is no pool.

The Inn at USC has been our go-to place while our daughter has attended the University. Nicely renovated former brick apartment buildings. Decent buffet breakfast. Very convenient location within easy walking distance of school and downtown Columbia. Call early for reservations on high value weekends like football games and graduation. Very pleasant staff.

This hotel is conveniently located and has been built from a home that was built in 1910. Several parts of the home still remain intact within the hotel. This is my first stay at Inn @ USC, I had four days in this hotel while at the uni for a visit, very comfortable room although I booked a king and got two queens, (I was travelling solo) quiet inside and out although the hotel was busy, great housekeeping staff, excellent breakfast, good location for USC
