Our reservation got mixed up by hotels.com but the staff at the Holiday Inn Greenville Downtown checked us in and told us they would straighten out everything so that we wouldn't have to wait. Erin (our favorite front desk assistant) gave us some great suggestions for dining and always greeted us upon entering or leaving. The cleaning staff did a... more

I would definately stay here again the next time I travel to Greenville, SC for work or play. From the Check in, Erin was very professional & got me set up right away. This hotel has got its stuff together. From the pillows being marked soft and firm to the cookies being baked every day. They Westin there is sooo stuffy and pricy and wont even give a free cup of coffee in the lobby. The Hyatt seems the same. The Holiday Inn goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant.... more

This is the best Holiday Inn EXpress I've stayed in-great rooms, friendly staff super clean, wonderful breakfast buffet and really great access to the hub of downtown. Lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. Better than my expectations! more

This hotel is in walking distance from the Bi-Lo Center which is the reason we were there. It is a downhill walk to the Bi-Lo Center and uphill back. It isn't a little stroll (past a cemetary) but wasn't that bad. Check in was great. My husband had paid for the room in advance to get a good rate and... more

This is a very nice hotel and has a great location in downtown Greenville, SC. The front desk is very efficient at handling check-in and the room was in excellent condition. I had no problems with the one-night stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Greenville SC and it was wonderful. The staff was excellent, the breakfast was above expectations, cleanliness was great and the location on Main street was an easy walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Will definately stay there again. more

My family of 6 rolled into this Holiday Inn Express and Suites at 11:00 p.m. on a Thursday night with little expectations. We were pleasantly surprised! We were breaking up a trip and were looking for a clean and convenient hotel to rest our weary heads. Our first stop led us to the booked Greenville Hyatt right down the street.... more
