The tables were falling apart because they were put together wrong. The customer service is even worse. They tell you that they will look up your account and then tell you that your number is wrong. The resort is a nice place. They have nice spacious rooms. We are timeshare owners and found this to be a good spot. This is our first "real" resort visit with our ownership and we're not disappointed. It's nice to have a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a screened in porch. This is a timeshare property, so expect the usual sales pitch. Not in the best location, a number of business have closed, and its looks abandoned. Not a bad resort at all, lots of activities for families with children. Great resort away from the usual Myrtle Beach crowds but yet close enough to drive to anywhere you want to go. Located on the intercoastal waterway with great outside and inside pools and many onsite activities for all ages. Very relaxing - will definitely come here again.
