Excellent hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Any maintenance issues were resolved quickly (i.e. clogged bathtub, broken faucet). My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The only complaint I have is the staff in the bowling alley was very rude and had no customer service skills at all!! Parking is good, elevators are fairly quick, and the laundry facility is very clean!
