We just completed a trip through the southeast staying in a variety of motels/hotels.Overall we were the most pleased with Days Inn Beach Front at Myrtle Beach, SC. Location is perfect, price great, rooms spacious and sufficiently updated to be comfortable. It was exceptionally clean showing attention to details seldom encountered. We stayed at this hotel while on a month long "road trip". The room was right on the ocean front and very nice. The desk clerk, Dion, helped us decide what to do while we were in town and called us a taxi. He even greeted us as we returned later to see if we had enjoyed ourselves!!! More

No manager on duty, and the desk clerk claimed there he had no way of contacting the manager. There was literally no one there who could help us with our reservation problem.
