This was our 6th stay at the Avista. The rooms are wonderful--great layout and ammenities. The staff are all very friendly and helpful--front desk, housekeeping, maintenance--every employee you encounter smiles and says hello. We have another reservation for September and have not considered staying any where else since we first stayed at the Avista 4 years ago.

We have stayed at the Avista on multiple occasions now and we always return. While they are a little pricey, the rooms are very nice. Our sixth stay with Avista. This time in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit. Wonderful views. Glad to see the unit had flat screen tvs and stackable washer/dryer. Was overall pleased with everything.
