I stayed two nights here while attending a conference in the Greenville, SC area. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the standard fare, but good and filling. I highly recommend this hotel.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. On a previous visit in May, I was given the room key and before I could park the car, I had an emergency phone call from home. I turned the key in, expecting to be charged for the night, but they volunteered to cancel at no charge. Very accommodating staff.

We stayed for a wedding in the area and the hotel was very busy. The check-in was easy, but when we got to the room the A/C was not working properly. This was a very nice hotel and a great location if participating in the Freedom Weekend Aloft. The room was a clean, standard Holiday Inn Exp. room. Breakfast was very good and the hostess was very personable. Only problem was the limited parking due to the hot air balloons, which wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Stay here often, maybe not so much in the future. Pool has not been available for every visit this year. So disappointing. There is a man resurfacing the pool area now that is more interested in smoking his cigarette than working - molasses in Alaska moves faster. This will rank as one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Good: Internet is fast for a hotel. Breakfast staff is wonderful. Bad: Old smelly decor. No water pressure in bathroom. Beds uncomfortable. We just booked again for our trip next week. This will be our third stay. We are in the process of relocating and feel so comfortable in this hotel that we would not even think of choosing another. The manager is extremely kind and helpful. Thanks, Greg!
