“Nice hotel, completely ignorant cleaning staff, best wake up service”

Stayed at this hotel because the one in Duncan was awful. This was a much nicer hotel. The beds were comfortable, my kids had fun in the pool and breakfast was better than I expected. Yvette in the breakfast area was FANTASTIC! We loved staying here. The facilities feel new and clean and very quiet. Our room was comfortable and the hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We are fast becoming friends of HI express. The breakfast was well laid out and the room was pleasant for hanging out.

“This is the way it's supposed to be”

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the last two years, and this is by far the best one yet. The room was clean and spacious. Restroom was clean. Linens were clean. Work desk is a nice size and is able to hold the copy machine too. Plenty of accessible recepticles. They have a self service laundry room.

Stayed here for one night while visiting family. Nice, clean, well kept. Staff was very courteous. One strange thing. Many of the floors in the common areas were very sticky. Not sure from what, but didn't ding it a star as it wasn't that big a deal.

I usually stay at 4 or 5 star hotels but this was a very nice hotel. The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. Others reviews mentioning the noise were right about the highway noise, but it was not too bad. Overall a great option for Spartanburg.

“WONDERFUL FRONT DESK STAFF”

This hotel was great. The front desk staff was attentive and just an overall great stay. The mangers reception was great also. The food was great and the upgrade for platium member was great as well. A great stay.
