This is a clean hotel with friendly, helpfull staff. the internet speed was good and the comfort of the room was good. The reason for 4 instead of 5 on the rating is my request for no housekeeping service was ignored 3 days in a row.

i drive truck for a living and stay at many hotels throughout my travels. Not once has someone gone out of their way to find me a room to stay, However the young girl working the desk at the hotel asked where i was headed, looked the route up on map quest then proceeded to call the nearest hotel to ensure...

We found our stay at the Northern Lights Inn one of the best experiences our on trip. The staff was helpful and polite. Traveling with teenagers, we were all treated with respect by the staff and the manager. The room was comfortable and properly maintained. The grounds were clean, and the breakfast area met all of our needs. I would...

The manager has to be the rudest person I have come across working behind a counter in some time. Expect everything in your room to be moved and reorganized as room service is mandatory even though it is not posted. They will even go through your stuff or you! We checked out 3 days early as we found it to...

I spent a couple of night at the Northern Lights Hotel and found it not family friendly experience. When I had a complaint for the front desk they referred me to the “Manager” who apparently never received customer service training. The manager was condescending and rude, so I asked if there was a way to leave a comment for the...

This was our 2nd visit to this property. Both times the staff been cheerful, friendly and anxious to please. Our rooms have been very clean and well maintained. We were able to use the breakfast room for a late night family gathering. For less than $80 per night, it offers all the amenities one needs for a visit to this...

I came to town for my Grandfather's funeral. After a long and emotional day, I came back to Northern Lights to rest. Instead of resting, I was unlucky enough to hear the receptionist speaking loudly on the phone about some family members that got lost trying to get to us and support us in our time of need. Were the...

The rooms are way to pricey for the location/ amenities. The staff was rude. My card was rung up incorrectly. I over heard staff making loud remarks and gossiping about the other guests on more then one occassion. The manager added to the chaos without making any attemps to be of help! I hope the customers they were talking about...

The hotel room was very clean and the shower was nice, but overall it is too much money for what you get. We even asked for an additional cot for one of our children and were told we would have to pay an additional $20.00 for that! I have never hear of such a thing before! The breakfast was also...

Very impressed with helpful staff and clean rooms. Being hunters we arrived to Britton early around 9 am, I was told that check in was not until 3 pm but they would try to get my room ready as soon as they can. They called around 11 to let us know they got it ready. They don't allow your dogs...
