The staff was very friendly and welcoming at this hotel, check in and out was easy. If you have a problem with stairs or a lot of luggage, be warned, there is no elevator in this hotel. We found that a bit odd and since we were on the second floor,we had to carry our luggage up and down the... More

Traveling with family to the "Black Hills" area and stopped overnight, after visiting local attractions in the Chamberlain and Oacoma areas. We had a suite on the first floor, and it was very spacious, clean, quiet, and accomodating. The front desk staff, and hotel staff were all very friendly, and made us feel welcome. A good continental breakfast was available... More

Stayed one night while traveling from Indiana to South Dakota. The room was typical for the Quality Inn Chain. Everything was in working order. It is a two floor hotel with no elevator so you get to carry your luggage up the stairs. Motel is located with easy interest access. It appeared to be an old Holiday Inn Express and... More

Used this hotel as a stopover from Rapid City to Sioux Falls. Hotel was not too impressive and had no elevators. Al's Oasis restaurant down the street was interesting, but not the greatest quality food. More

We found this hotel to be very neat and clean and the staff we talked with seemed very friendly, plus it had a great location right off I-90. The pool seemed to be a new addition and it was wonderful. The kids had a great time swimming and the room was very clean with lots of windows. Just up the... More

Were originally assigned a first floor room but the check-in clerk mentioned that the rooms on the first floor were pet friendly rooms and because my wife is extremely allergic to dogs and cats and has asthma, we opted for a 2nd floor room. The hotel does not have an elevator, so we had to carry all of our suitcases(4)... More

I stayed two nights - rooms are clean and food nearby. Breakfast was a disappointment. Chipped beef and biscuits only choice. Also I checked out at 5:00am and had to find the clerk and she delayed me significantly talking on the phone getting help checking me out. I was on business with a 7:32am flight in Pierre, SD. Decent facility... More

We had spent all day on the road on a family vacation and just had a bad experience at another chain in Kimball, SD where we walked out, got a refund, and went on west. We ended up here and at that point of the trip we were very tired. We were hoping for the best after our previous experience... More

Stayed at the Quality Inn on 6/11/11 while traveling through Chamberlain, SD on vacation for one night. The hotel is across the bridge from Chamberlain in Oacoma, but the rooms are modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and there are several food options nearby within walking distance. Unfortunately, the service is lacking. The front desk clerk was busy... More
