Spent 4 fantastic nights in the Big Sky Lodge Rapid City South Dakota. Had Room 139, the 2 bedroom suite. Our hosts Jay and Alicia were great, nothing was ever a problem, giving advice on what to see and what to do. Stayed at Big Sky for two nights while touring Mt. Rushmore and surrounding area. Rooms were dated, but very clean and decorated nice. Staff was friendly, making you feel like family. View from hot tub was truly beautiful - 100 miles over the valley. Easy directions. Would stay there again in a heart-beat. more

We had a great stay at the Big Sky Lodge. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and Lucky. The room was comfortable. We were there during a cold snap (and snow) and they quickly provided an extra blanket upon request. We highly recommend this hotel. more
