I stayed here for 10 nights while in town working. Modern rooms, clean, professional & a fair nightly rate. All concrete building makes for a quiet nights sleep. What more could you ask for in a hotel? I'll be back!

We were passing through with our baby. I called ahead and the staff was extremely accommodating. The rooms were redecorated - paint job, bedding, furniture and flat screen. There was free wifi and breakfast. We also had access to the gym and laundry facilities on site. Perfect for a family on a road trip!

Stayed at this hotel for a short time prior to a morning flight out of FSD. I was simply shocked and amazed with how much nicer the hotel was than expected after the recent renovation...would recommend to anyone looking for a room in Sioux Falls that doesn't want to spend $100 per night.

The location is not great, not near the downtown area, but everything else makes up for it. New renovations and a very attractive price made this the best value we've found on our cross country trip. Only 4 miles to downtown where there are lots of restaurants. A definite must stay for the Sioux Falls area traveler.
