The clean cabin served us well, providing us with a much needed rest during a long road trip. Surprised by all the reviews raving about the friendly service. The woman who originally took my reservation over the phone was very nice (possibly the owner or manager?), but two other employees who were present during our stay could hardly be troubled... More

Spanking clean, charming, convenient and comfortable. Walk to convenience stores. Be sure to ask for a Prairie-View room or you will have a commanding view of the highway. There is a fire-pit stocked with wood, climbing structures and teepee's for the kids, hot tub, community gas grill and picnic area or semi-private charcoal grills (like in a public park). The... We just got back from 8 nights of spending at the Frontier Cabins. So peaceful and quiet stay. We rented a cabin with kitchenette, wonderful views, and friendly staff. Loved the rustic log theme inside the cabin and comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Can't wait to visit again soon.

We spent one night in Wall seeing the sites nearby and were really glad we chose to stay here. Just south of the interstate this place is easy to find. The cabins are about five years old but look new. They are furnished better than most homes I have seen. This probably the best furnished place we have stayed. You... More

Great cabins with an outdoor theme. We stayed in a double queen cabin with log beds, plenty of pillows, fridge, flat screen TV, sink outside of the bathroom, and parking right outside your door. The cabins were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included in the price and included biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. I... More

We stayed here because it is close to the entrance to Badlands National Park. It is clean, and seemed new. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed two different nights...on the way to Black Hills and on the way back again. The first night we stayed in a cabin with two queen beds. There were fourmof us. It was very... More

We stayed 4 nights in Cabin 26 with a full kitchen. The room was excellent (decor, quality of furnishings). The cabins are only 7 miles from the pinnacles entrance to Bad Lands NP which allows for convenient multiple entries. Excellent staff (friendly, attentive). Rate includes breakfast and excellent wifi connection. And (really) an excellent gift shop. Highly recommended.

2 of us stayed in Cabin 23 situated towards the end of the complex overlooking a large meadow type area. The highway was just visible on the horizon but noise and light pollution were not an issue, adding to the secluded feel of the cabin. The complex has a large shop and fireworks emporium on it; I never thought I'd... More

These are very nice cabins about 10 minutes from the Badlands. The cabin was small but very clean. We had a view of a meadow and could hear meadowlark singing. We also had a porch to drink our coffee if the weather had been warmer. There is also a nice playground for kids, but no pool. And there are grills... More

We really enjoyed this eclectic little collection of cabins. The online pictures don't do the place justice. We stayed in a kitchenette, and it felt like it had just been built - everything looked brand new and super clear. Great for kids - they have lots of fun things for them to look at.
