In spite of some very negative reviews, we found this hotel to be fine and had all we needed. The free internet and hot breakfast was a nice addition compared to some upscale hotels that offer everything at an additional charge.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful (we requested extra pillow & room coffee). Room was very clean and comfortable. Rate was much better than hotels in Nashville, yet this hotel was close and had nice restaurants etc in the area.
