Overall our stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites Chattanooga was excellent. The only thing that we would like to see as the hotel expands is that at least one other elevator would be made available. Although the staff were very nice, this hotel is so very run down.The 'suite' we stayed in had a drawer that had been nailed shut to keep it in place, light switches missing pieces, lights that didn't work, stains on the walls, holes in the walls, outlets that didn't work, and the safety 'latch' that you use for the door... More
