This is an old, shabby property. My room reminded me of a dirty college dorm room. When I arrived, I was tempted to forfeit my deposit and go to another property. No cable TV and a room refrigerator set at about 55 degrees was the icing on the cake.

I'm a medical student that had a one month rotation in Cookeville. I stayed here the entire month and it was great! There were no bugs and the room was very clean. The office staff and housekeeping were always friendly and helpful beyond expectation. I highly recommend staying here.
