Frankly I don't remember a lot about the property. Nothing negative stands out. Must have been a typical clean, neat Best Western. We did enjoy visiting a nearby McKay's Used Books and a supper at O'Charley's. Unlikely we will stay again unless we drive to Texas again.

Well situated just off I40 at 20 miles from Nashville TN, we were impressed by the room that was very clean and confortable. We were able to have our dinner at a walking distance and breakfast was as usual in Best Western hotels; only one weak point, internet was very low and ran out several times; cannot rely on it.... Absolutely brilliant. This is my second time at this Hotel and I can't ask for any better service than what I have received. Nice and Clean place with very friendly staff always at your service. Food was good too. Will surely visit again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel when we were moving to Arkansas. The front desk clerk was very rude and if asked a question, he acted like he was bothered. Told the manager in the morning, but she didn't seem too concerned. The rate for our room was 80.00 for one bed. The bed was comfortable, but it... More

I had been driving for 12 hours and finally stopped here. The clerk was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bigger than i thought it would be. It was easy to find off the interstate and easy to get out of. I would stay here again.

We just stayed one night on a stopover through Tennessee in July 2011 (the drop-down doesn't give that date as an option). They allowed pets which was nice for our elderly collie. We didn't hear any other dogs at the hotel at all and the carpets were better than expected for allowing pets. Breakfast was pretty bad - some kind... More

Stayed on our way to Texas. Room was clean. Smelled of bleach. The carpets looked like they had just been shampooed. They allowed pets but didn't see a trace from them. Our boys enjoyed the pool until an act of God "lightening" forced them out. Didn't here a single sound from outside or next door. Staff was very accomadateing to... More

Stopped in to what looked like a cheesy walk up and was surprised how nice the room inside looked. It is almost like a mini exec suite and the Mexican restaurant across the street is very good . . . Skip the fast food places. It's quiet but not silent, there is slight outside noise.

We can not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! We should have left right at the point when we experienced the rudeness during check in. Never have we been treated this way at any Best Western hotel. This hotel does not deserve to use Best Western's name !!! Room was nasty (dirty carpet and bugs on the ceiling). Besides that the... More
