Reserved a King Room for a two week stay to finish up a project. Got there early evening and checked in. Opened door and room smelled musty like old. Hole in wall next to door, carpet was sticky in areas and room was poorly lit. Moving my stuff in I observed multiple vagrants on the grassy area separating Quality Inn from Comfort Inn. At that point I became concerned for my work tools and possessions in my truck. When I let the manager know I was canceling my stay and why, they offered me a better room.... I've been a Diamond member for years and was not recognized as such when I checked in and kind of felt like there position was an oh well, nothing we can do about it. My opinion is you should treat valued customers well, but when you charge $80 + per weeknight and $150 per night on weekends for a room like that, how do you justify that????? Nothing Quality about that hotel or its service. Sorry Choice Hotels but some of your brand members give you a bad look!

I stayed there on October 13 for one night as there were no other available rooms in the area. I should have just slept in my car. Other than the nice woman at check in, there is nothing positive that I can say. The room included such features as cigarette burns in the chair, the bedspread, the sheets and down to the mattress cover. The wall outlets were literally coming out of the walls. The shower looked gross and the vent was filthy and moldy. The lampshades were torn. The paint was peeling in too many places to list. I could go on further but I suggest that the parent company, Choice Hotels makes a visit there and they will or should remove their name from this facility. Overall, I’d suggest a bulldozer and a new hotel be put in its place.

The front desk attendant was a very friendly, helpful lady, and happily switched rooms upon our arrival when the first room we entered seemed to have a very strong odor.. I couldn't tell if was cigarette smoke, mold, or what. The second room was better and tolerable, but still not great. POSITIVES: Lamp shades seemed new. The "touch key" entrance card system worked first time and every time. Desk, dresser, bed structure seemed fine. Room was adequately lit. Pictures on wall appropriate and nice. CONCERNS: Lamp stands scarred and paint nicked. I was puzzled by the stale room scent. It did not have carpet, which is often a source of stale room scents in other hotels. Desk chair seat had scattered uncleaned material on it. Corner room wall had been poorly & ruggedly repaired for something (water leakage I suspect) and had never been repainted, a section about 2 feet by 2 feet. Wall scarred by door. Inside of door scarred and not repainted. Light bulbs were older twisted florescent bulbs instead of newer efficient LED's. Plugs by the desk were not the decent quality built-in plugs on the base of the light, or permanent electrical plugs built into the wall or desk structure. Rather, a crude six plug adapter was plugged into the wall plug, and I thought this was likely not up to code(??). This hotel did NOT meet our expectations for a "QUALITY" Inn or "CHOICE" Hotels experience. Choice Hotels is our usual first choice. I do not believe we would return to this site, and strongly urge Choice Hotels & Quality Inn to disassociate themselves from this site or else do a top-to bottom refreshing, cleansing, de-odorizing, update It does NOT reflect well on your brand. The room price was decent enough for a night's lodging, but not sufficiently so to make up for a less-than adequately maintained hotel.

Scary for a mother daughter The staff at check in was nice. The property was clean. The condition of the hotel was VERY dated and was low end. I came for one night with my daughter. Pulling in at dark and being located in the back and first floor, there was a group of about 10 grilling and groping in the parking lot. My daughter commented on the sketchiness of the area. We grabbed everything and bolted for the room. In the future, for mother daughter safety, we will go elsewhere. This place has a weird and unsafe vibe.

Check in was slow but they were understaffed. I felt Unsafe the moment i went to my room. We pulled around back and had a bottom level room and there were addicts hanging out outside. Very disturbing when i had A child with me and i didn’t feel safe at all.

Do not stay here!. We checked in late in the day. Desk staff was very friendly. Got to our room which was on the back side of the building. Very unsetteling. Homeless and drug addicts were all around. We did not feel safe. I did not trust that my car would be safe. Checked out the room. Nastey smelling and not clean. The bathroom floor was wet and hairy. We grabbed our bags and left. I understand that there are all kinds of economic situations in our country. But safety and cleanliness should be focus in your business. Niether were apparent at your establishment.

We stayed at this hotel with our family, it was probably one of the worst rooms we’ve stayed at! There is lots of ppl actually living in the hotel crackheads and homeless ppl not the place to take kids! The room is smoking we was not aware of this burn holes all over the sheets the blankets pillows bath tub has burns all over it. They had no towels at all the, elevator doesn’t work we literally was stuck on the 3rd floor until it was fixed. When we booked this hotel on choice hotels / Google the photos are nothing what it actually is do not go by the photos they have posted they’re not accurate! We don’t recommend staying here ever!

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars because this place was HORRIBLE! From the moment we had to deal with the horrible front desk person to the moment we walked in our room. Cigarette burns in the bedding, frayed, stained and NASTY carpet, OMG it was so bad. They didn't even vacuum. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it. The bathroom counter top hadn't even been wiped down and there was funk on it. The bathtub non slip mat was funky and had mold around the seam. I had wished I had brought flip flops to wear in the shower it was so bad. The wallpaper was bubbled up, tile grout was disgusting. Seriously the only thing that housekeeping did was change the linins, I think, that's kind of wishful thinking at this point. And since staying there, I've gotten little weird bumps on my skin. I hope to God I didn't catch something from this crack house hotel!!! It was a $29 a night hotel AT BEST, certainly not $100 a night. STAY AWAY!!! Seriously, if you trust no other review, trust mine. I'm not even a high maintenance person, and this disgusted me!!!

We checked in after a long drive. Main floor king room. No interior hallway - all exterior entry rooms. Not the safest feel to it. Our room was non-smoking, however our room smelled like stale smoke. My wife used air freshener to hide the smell. Noticed a portable heater on the nightstand, so moved it out of the way. Very dated hotel. Walls and ceiling patched up and painted. Kleenex dispenser and other furnishings unclean. We cleaned and sanitized. Breakfast very basic. Eating area located adjacent to front desk. On checkout I explained our disappointment with the smoke smell. She informed me there were guests before us that rented for two weeks and they had been smoking. Told me the hotel was trying to recoup money from them for breaking the smoking policy. (Not my problem...). Then told me the machine we had moved was an air purifier, not a heater. Why was it not operating when we checked in, and why wasn't it removed? Did not offer a reduced rate for our experience....! Will definitely not stay here again.

I slept well. The room was kind of worn out looking. You get what you pay for. In a quiet location. Cereal, waffle kind of breakfast. Coffee not worth drinking. If you are on a budget, this will do ya. No regrets but was glad for brighter, cleaner room at next stop on trip. It was double the price.
