My partner and I stayed here with our young daughter while on 1 night stay in Dublin. Overall I was pleased with my stay and very happy with the value for money. We spent most of our day out sight-seeing and for the price we paid got good value for money for somewhere to spend the night. The location is... More

Taking advantage of the advance purchase tho nights for 38 euro and with our N Ireland bus pass free transport from Derry to... More

This was a disaster from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was difficult to understand and not very welcoming. We requested a room with two beds and arrived after our long journey and lugging bags up flights of stairs to find a double bed and a couch. TV did not work, Went downstairs and requested another room with 2 beds... More

Dear Guest Many thanks for your review. I am disapointed to read about your customer service experience as this is not the norm for our guests, and feedback is usually very positive. I'm very sorry that you were let down on this occasion and have spoken to all the reception staff in relation to this. All of our rooms have... More

On a recent shopping trip to Dublin I booked into this hotel because it had plenty of parking and it would save me taking the car into the city where parking is very expensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and I was very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. The room was lovely and spacious with a... More

Average rooms, but very clean and quiet! TV and wifi. Bus stops nearby and goes straight to the city centre. Did not eat there so cant rate the food. Basic bathroom, Sink+Bath/Shower+Toilet. Overall a great city hub if your budget is cheap! More

The staff were friendly and very helpful with our particular situation which involved staying there for an extended period of time. They went the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we needed and worked with other hotels for our continued adventure. The location is good; it's a short taxi ride from the airport and the bus and train... More
