We never actually stayed here just dropped in for Sunday lunch, food was great, staff were great, lovely location, surprised to find such a place in such a place!

Stayed with family in June. Bedrooms were nice, food good but staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. A smile goes a long way.! Its a place with gr8 potential but lacks atmosphere.! The location is wonderful with rooms right over the small harbour. The restaurant and bar are attractive, and the food reasonable. However, the place was let down by poor management. Reception was haphazard and service in the restaurant / bar very poor and lacking in professionalism. One person was on duty for breakfast - taking orders and cooking the food.... More

I had an amazing experience at Pierhouse. The food was just great, the service was personalized, friendly and proffessional. The rooms were excellent. All in all, would dash back there in a heart-beat!
