Days spent on the beach and in the playgrounds, situated on main campsite, and evenings... More

Having been in lots of campsites here, in France and in Italy, we can definitely recommend this as one of the best. Clean, direct beach access, friendly and really well maintained. If you are in the south-east, make this a definite for your overnight or weekend. Lovely coffee shop (Kates) just opened in village 2 kms away. Great time here... More

I've read a couple of reviews of Morriscastle and would agree with the more positive ones. we stayed in Morriscastle for nearly a week at the end of July. We would usually choose off the beaten track accommodation when we holiday and were initially a little put off by the 'estate' like set up of this caravan park. But my... More

Tried to book two pitches on this campsite the week we were travelling. Was told they were not taking bookings due to the bad weather. When we arrived we found that the pitches we wanted to book had been booked by somebody else. We'd wanted these pitches because with 6 kids we wanted to be as isolated as possible so... More

Dear Brian F, I was confused to read your review of your stay with us at Morriscastle and would like to clarify a few of your points. First off, you were told [as was everyone during the bad weather] that we could not take any reservations at the time due to the fact that if it continued to rain, there... More
