We stayed for 1 night and made as much use of the facilities and restaurants as possible. It’s an interesting place, in that its a purpose built small village/resort, on the site of an old village. It does feel a little like a theme park at times, but who cares really, it’s nice to get away from the city! We... More

Arrived at Brooklodge & felt like I'd gone back in time. Such a beautiful, peaceful & picturesque location! Lovely old building & stunning grounds! We came for a wedding & stayed for 3 nights. There is a beautiful little chapel in the grounds. Our room although quite small, was decorated nicely & the bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was... More

If your looking for a place to relax - thus is it... wow!!!! From the minute you arrive you feel a weight off your shoulders!! The spa itself is brilliant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Bath robes are provided and slippers. We also ate in the restaurant which was gorgeous.. the only problem we had was that... More

I have stayed in the Brook Lodge a number of times over the years and each time I enjoy my stay. The hotel is great, and the food is fantastic. It is a great place to unwind and forget about the outside world (mobile phone coverage can be poor).

I booked two weeks in advance and I telephoned a day in advance of traveling to say we'd be checking in around 7pm Nobody thought to mention that the Spa was out of order; beauty treatments still available but no spa! If I had known in advance I would have changed my booking. The Manager who came to apologize when... More

What makes this hotel special is it's staff. They are so helpful and friendly. Stayed in Brooklodge for a wedding. Wasn't impressed that for the price I was paying to stay here my room wasn't ready upon arrival. We did arrive an hour before specified check-in but from my experience most hotels let you check in early. The wedding was... More

We ate in the Brooke lodge with our two year old twin boys and we loved it! Child friendly, great atmosphere stunning food. The staff were so nice to our toddlers and made a real effort to make us feel welcome! Colouring books, chatting to the smallies, involving the children when they came to the table! I was blown away.... More

Stayed in Brooklodge last weekend in one of their mezzanine suites. What can I say about the place. From start to finish the service, the accommodation and food was excellent. The local walks were fantastic and right on the doorstep. Went to glendalough on the Saturday which is about 25 min drive and really enjoyed the walks and scenery there.... More

Stayed here recently with my partner for a relaxing break. The main pool and some spa areas were out of bounds due to flooding but we were accommodated and discounted nicely. The restaurant here is exceptional to say the least. Desserts are out of this world. Really enjoyed the stay, very homely quiet and elegant. Recommend to all.
