We initially chose Holmans wood as they have storage for our caravan. The intention was to move it every time we wanted to use it, but now we stay there all the time. The site is fabulous, quiet and immaculately kept. The owners and wardens are lovely. The place is so peaceful with the only distractions being the wildlife.

Static caravan park on the edge of Dartmoor. Well looked after, tidy landscaping. An ideal place for relaxation. Pub within walking distance. No entertainment, which is in keeping with the quiet nature of the park.

This is a "quiet" campsite in so far as there is no pool or bar. However, this is a positive, as there is a lovely tranquil atmosphere. There is a large play area for children, and a woodland walk. great campsite we stay here every wkend we get off work. With 2 children they wouldnt stay anywhere else all round 100% rectormend it 2 every 1 no pool but great shower block and washing up area as great kids park with a woodland walk as well.

Our first time in a motorhome and this was a fantastic campsite. It doesn't have a pool or entertainment, just peace and quiet, fantastic. Staff were lovely and the toilets and showers impeccable. Well Done. See you again.
