What a lovely site. Amenities good. Pitch sizes excellent. Nice new roads. Clean toilet and shower blocks. Nice restaurant food. Well stocked shop. Excellent indoor and outdoor pools ...... and a receptionist with a very bad attitude and zero people skills. It was as though I was inconveniencing her when in fact I am one of the many guests that... More

Looked messy from the outside but was pleasantly surprised with the lovely brand new caravan. Indoor swimming pool was great. Staff were rude sometime specially at night when they couldn't wait to close up at 11:15pm. Chip shop could be ran alot better but I don't think they are use to having large groups. The ground were very well maintained... More

We stayed here last August and left early because of the weather which turned the roadways into a scene from Glastonbury. But this year we came for a week end as the forecast was good, we found the reception building completely refurbished and the main reception extended with a coffee machine which was well appreciated after our drive. Booking in... More

Good morning, thank you for your great review. Indeed last year we did receive a ridiculous amount of rain for any time of year, let alone August! Unfortunately the ground was completely saturated and struggled to cope. However as you have noticed we have ran new roads around the touring/camping fields and have given the park an all over lift... More

Good afternoon, unfortunately as this is an inaccurate account of events and an ongoing dispute, it would not be right to go into great detail here, so will keep it brief. We have had some major improvements made to the park over the winter period; however unfortunately with the bad weather it had delayed the completion of certain projects, with... More

hello, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to hear you did not fully enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately as most people went home on the monday after the bank holiday weekend the park was very quiet, and so as the takeaway is not open, you can order any takeaway food from the... More

We stayed in a pet friendly caravan which was spotlessly clean. The caravan had everything you could possibly need and all crockery etc was in perfect like new condition. As it was cold at easter we paid extra for constant heating which was well worth it. The site was clean and indoor pool toasty warm. The service in the well... More

We have just returned from Ladys mile, having a 5 night stay in our touring caravan with our two 8 year old girls in a very cold April break! Arrival at site was fuss free, space on car park to accommodate us while we checked in, which was efficiently done. I can imagine this being awkward at busier times. I... More

We have just returned from a week at Lady's Mile, staying on a touring pitch. As you arrive at Lady's Mile, its not very welcoming, diggers making improvements, wire fences rather resembling a building site! Your meant to pull in to the car park to check in, however it was rather full and the receptionist was rather sarcastic when I... More
