There is nothing to praise here and not a lot to criticise too harshly.The room I had was on the ground floor and was not helped by being very close to the street.Comings and goings from other guests, some very early in the morning, created a lot of noise.

A very well kept and maintained hotel. All rooms were spotlessly clean and fresh and decorated to a very high standard. We were greeted promptly and shown to our room. Parking had been reserved and our car was safely tucked away at the rear of the hotel. Great position although no views. Friendly staff and a very lovely atmosphere. Clean , modern and lovely breakfast -all round good hotel very near the sea. Very relaxing feeling and parking too -which is not easy inbetween the town and the sea.

I asked for a single room and got a nice double bed and ensuite. Tea/Coffee and all usual shower gels etc Quiet location, but near the centre and beach. Good solid breakfast. Well cooked and not greasy. Plenty of fruit and cereal available. Friendly staff and they let me check in a bit early.

Booked hotel after reading good reviews and was not disappointed.
